Thank you for your purchase.

Due to the nature of premium cigars and related tobacco products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any cigar purchases.

Cigars are consumable products and are highly sensitive to handling, storage conditions, and environmental changes once they leave our facility. For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to restock or resell any returned tobacco products.

Please Note:

  • We carefully inspect all products prior to sale to ensure quality and freshness.

  • Customers are responsible for verifying their order before completing their purchase.

  • We are not responsible for improper storage after purchase.

  • Minor cosmetic variations in wrapper color, band placement, or natural leaf texture are normal and do not constitute defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged upon arrival or believe you received the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at:
