Monthly Subscription Cancellation Policy
Thank you for being a valued member of our monthly subscription program. Please review the following policy regarding subscription management and cancellations.
Subscription Commitment
By enrolling in our monthly subscription program, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method on file.
Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled in accordance with this policy.
Cancellation Policy
Subscribers may cancel their membership at any time; however:

Cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

If cancellation is requested after the billing date, the current month’s order will still be processed and shipped.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

Cancellation requests are not considered complete until confirmation is provided in writing.
Billing & Refunds

All subscription charges are final once processed.

We do not offer partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

Failed or declined payments may result in subscription suspension or cancellation.
Shipping Schedule
Subscription orders are shipped according to our standard shipping schedule, including designated ship days (Wednesdays).
Account Responsibility
Subscribers are responsible for:

Maintaining accurate billing information

Updating shipping addresses prior to billing

Monitoring billing dates
We are not responsible for charges resulting from failure to cancel prior to the billing cutoff.
