Shipping Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Please review our shipping guidelines carefully before placing your order.


Processing & Shipping Schedule

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please Note:
All orders are shipped exclusively on Wednesdays.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CST) on Wednesday will ship the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CST) on Wednesday will ship the following Wednesday.

  • Orders placed Thursday through Tuesday will ship on the next scheduled Wednesday.

During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship via reputable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method.

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once a package leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.


Adult Signature Requirement (21+)

In compliance with federal and state regulations, all tobacco shipments require:

  • Adult signature upon delivery

  • The recipient must be 21 years of age or older

  • A valid government-issued ID may be required

If delivery is attempted and no eligible adult is available, the carrier may reattempt delivery or return the package. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship cigars to states, cities, or municipalities where tobacco shipments are restricted by law.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that cigar purchases are legal in their jurisdiction. Orders placed in violation of local laws will be canceled.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.


Weather & Product Care

Cigars are natural products sensitive to temperature and humidity changes. While we take care in packaging, we are not responsible for:

  • Damage due to extreme heat or cold during transit

  • Delays that expose products to prolonged environmental conditions

We recommend selecting expedited shipping during extreme weather months.


Order Issues

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of packaging and product

  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
